I am a portrait and bridal/wedding photographer in the Phoenix, AZ area. I also shoot various Sports and High School Seniors and help build model portfolios. I use Canon equipment.
We met at Paseo Vista Rec Area for a late afternoon shoot, good thing it wasn’t any earlier, as it was still quite warm to start. We ran through her wardrobe changes as we made our way around the park, periodically dodging the frisbee golfers and their frisbees. We also got a few shots with a large stuffed animal dog she had brought along. You can see some of the photos from the session below.
So after being lucky enough to “win the hiking lottery” back in Nov 2011, I finally made the trip to The Wave last week. The Wave is very nice, but so is a lot of the surrounding area and landscape. Could spend a long time exploring and photographing around there, that is for sure. Hit Horseshoe Bend on the way up and hiking in Sedona on the way back. Here is one teaser shot from The Wave, with loads more to follow. Few more photos uploaded.
We met at Kiwanis Park for a mid morning shoot. Weather was warm with a brightly shining sun but not too bad. She is studying acting and wanted to get a few updated headshots. So we pulled out the beauty dish and shot a few headshots to start and then worked our way around the park taking in various locations. I’ve uploaded some of the photos from the session below.
We met at Kiwanis Park in the morning. The weather was warm but not too bad, it actually turned out to be about as good as you could hope for given the time of year. We had to do a bit of improvising for the wardrobe changes since the park folks had not unlocked the restrooms at the park when we had arrived. I’ve included some of the photos from the session below.
It turned out to be an extremely humid morning at Papago park, right near the Phoenix Zoo, but the results were excellent. We met early at the park with it almost empty because of the heat and humidity. We shot in and around one of the lakes there, which didn’t help out with the humidity, but made for some good photo opportunities for us. She did a great job and from the photos you would be hard pressed to tell it was hot and humid. I have included several shots from the day below.
I left fairly early in the morning and drove down to Tucson. We met at Lakeside Park for the session. Got a nice variety of shots including some fun ones with a very large dog that just wanted to have his photo taken with Brooke. The owner also wanted a photo of his dog with her, so I gave him my card and told him to send me an email reminding me, which he did, and I sent him a couple shots of his dog with Brooke. A few of the shots are shown below.
